Beaconsfield School Production - Celebrate us

On Wednesday 30 November Beaconsfield school had a production. Marlene Hanson organised the whole production along with Mr. Edmonds as well as Mrs Walker. The first song was Celebrate, RESPECT, then jokes as well as The Blackberry skit. Then it was Yes, No, Maybe and I Want To Belong. After that it was Kiwi Kids and Abolutely Everybody. Then Finally it was Reach and Celebration. Thankyou for coming and watching the production. Also Thank you for the parents and teachers helping out. You were a great help.
Everyone had a great time, but also tiring. :)

Athletics Day

On Friday the 18th, Beaconsfield school went to Athletics. There were 9 different events that were: High jump, long jump, hurdles, sprints, softball throw, 200m race, 800m race, shuttle relay and circular relay.

In the shuttle relay we either came 1st, 2nd or a tie. In the Circular relay Beaconsfield came 2nd place.In the championships for High jump Ben Thomson came 1st,
Laura Seyb came 2nd and Ella Reeves came 3rd. For Hurdles Oli Anderson came 2nd in his 1st heat, in his 2nd heat he came 1st and in the finals he came 3rd.

Everyone had an AWESOME time and we all got great results!

Beaconsfield School Production

Beaconsfield school has been practising a production. Here is some photos of us practising singing, dancing and acting:

Open Day

On Sunday it was the open Day.At the open day we did the kapa Haka and then we had morning tea. After that we did some work to show the people what kind of work we do.
Once we had done our work, we did a bit of jump jam.Then it was lunch time and we had a sausage sizzle. Then we did long jump as well as high jump!
Everyone had a great time!!

Beaconsfield school Pet Day

On Friday the 28th October we had a pet day. There was a lamb drinking race, dog judging, Horse judging, Cat judging. a fancy dress, etc. Every class made something like room 3 made scarecrows, Room 5 made things out of wood and we made a portrait of someone using garden things.
We also had a police dog demonstration. There were 2 dogs called winder and Blitz. Winder loves biting people and Blitz loves tracking people.
Everyone had an AWESOME time!!
